I want other women to remember that they’re beautiful despite their age. We live in a society that wants women to think they can’t be beautiful after a certain age. I challenge that idea by expressing myself through fashion and beauty. Growing up people would try to bully me for my features. Having full lips and brown skin was looked down on when I was a kid. I learned to embrace self-love and the beauty of being African American. No one should ever feel like they should have to dim their light.
