High School scholar, Kelsie Tillage, is set to release the first book of her Anthology Series, “Unpopular Opinions,” towards the end of Summer 2022. This series is a collection of essays curated by individuals across the country, providing their “UnPopular Opinions.” As a current published author, Kelsie was interested in giving a platform to her generation that allows an outlet to share their voice and stories.

Background
In April of this year, Kelsie received the honorable Gold Medal Congressional Award given by the US Congress and Senate, recognizing initiative, service, and achievement in youth. She is a rising senior at Southern University Laboratory School in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and maintains a 4.29 -grade point average. She has won numerous prestigious awards and participates in extracurricular activities.
